Chips were nothing but  crumbs  and pieces. Waitress dropped kids drink on floor and it splashed everywhere. later she came to refill teas and totally missed glass covering our table and my husband with tea.  Food was average but service sucked

Horrible experience. When I mentioned my frustration, the employee acted like it was my problem. Chili's needs to redevelop their app and enforce a tad bit of customer service.

Honestly, it's chili's I think we all know what we're getting ourselves into when we stop by one of these. My family and I stopped by, because we were using the Tesla Supercharger station close by & they have tablets for the kids. Chili's is chili's everywhere, I have two by my house and the same as this one. Slow service and food so your not hungry anymore.

Unimpressed withe quality of food.  Had both lunch and dinner on two consecutive days.  One day, returned my grilled not fully cooked chicken, next day the server forgot to order my side dish and asked if I wanted to go.

    I prefer not return.

On my way to DFW and dropped into Chilis. Combination of Collins Street being closed not dining here in years, nostalgia for the CFS  and not wanting the standard roadside fare of burgers and tacos.  Note CFS is only only the menu for participating restaurants.

Stepping greeted by the hostess and eye the bar, it's full and all the booths in the surrounding lounge are occupied or need to be bussed.

I turn to her say I guess I'll take seat and gesture toward the separate dining area, for some reason she keeps telling me I can go into bar. Had to state that "I will dine in and you can take me to a table"

Her reply "Oh, I can do that". In retaliation, I'm sure she seats me next to a large party celebrating a kids birthday and amongst other families of young children.

Server was nice and got me water and such promptly, however I went to use the bathroom and my table was bussed. Water and table settings removed in the 3-5 minutes I was gone.

Surprisingly steak cooked properly but the cut was so bad it didn't matter much. Little salty, the theme.  Steak came with grilled shrimp that were over seasoned along with sides of broccoli ( not bad) and loaded mashed (bland and terrible)

Wine list has Beringer as feature so there.
